        Very impressed by the efficient service this afternoon. My watch was too big for my wrist, so Sophie was able to re- adjust the watch strap in minutes, at no cost.

        Very kind and helpful staff. Went in with a broken latch on my chain and they managed to fix it in 2 minutes without replacing it and didnt charge me. Would recommend this place highly

        Sooo helpful, every visit. This time they repaired a broken gold chain clasp for me. I was expecting to have to leave it and go back, but Sam did it on the spot for me. There might be nearer goldsmiths to me (its a 50 min round trip) but would highly recommend Taylors, worth the trip. Not only for repairs but they have a lovely wide range of unique pieces too.
