Me and wife were new in UK and had no idea about how to search for a home. We were struggling with lot of timings and documentation etc. However Charlotte Morgan , helped us immensely and guided us at every step to get a rental home in Wokingham. She has been very helpful and prompt in assisting us to complete the process. We moved in last week , and it was a lovely experience to deal with.

I called up Prospect today regarding a rental I saw on rightmove. This particular property was already well on it's way to being Let. I spoke to Edward Joslin who took the time to take my information and details about what I was looking for. To my surprise within minutes I got a call back and not long after an email with more potential properties! Having dealt with a handful of other agents, some larger some smaller this is by far the best interaction I've had so far. So once again, thank you Ed, greatly appreciated!

Prospect have been highly efficient in helping us market and sell our house just recently (process not completed yet). We initially met Michael S who was very thorough, professional and friendly. In addition, Max L deserves a particular mention. He has a very professional but warm and friendly manner! His communication and interaction skills the past few weeks have been outstanding. Far exceeded our expectations and I believe he has remained honest throughout. Keep up the fantastic work with your great enthusiasm and cheerfulness.
