Very responsive to my enquiry and good communication after job agreed. We needed a Krion worktop repaired and Scott who came to do the repair was respectful of Covid restrictions. He was ultra tidy and cleaned up very well, even brushing the garage floor where he had been cutting the material. The job has been done very well and there is no sign of the repair. We are very pleased and would certainly contact James at Crafted By Design again should we need to.

It has been an honour to deal with this organisation. We needed a bespoke shower tray made due to a very unusual sized space and are not only very pleased with the result but the whole journey from the sale to the completion has been a dream. What i would like to make special note of is their customer service and fitting team in particular. The fitting team are so professional, take time getting it perfect and are an absolute credit to this company... Well done and Thank you... Luke

I've just had the great pleasure of speaking on the phone to a gentleman at Crafted By Design who spent at least 30 minutes going into great depth about my potential order - exploring all the options available to me i.e. the high-end as well as the more cost-effective solutions. The breadth of technical expertise as well as the passion for the product he demonstrated leaves me in absolutely no doubt that I would be very satisfied with the outcome of my order. This level of customer support for someone who isn't even a confirmed client yet speaks volumes about the the company as far as I'm concerned!

Exception service from all of the Crafted by Design team, the quality of work and attention to detail is fantastic and we couldnt be happier with the product and finish. We would highly recommend them for both worktops and splashbacks.
