        Phoned up with a slow puncture. Was told to bring car in and a 60 min delay when I arrived became a 30 min delay I think because they worked hard. They checked that the tyre could be repaired, repaired it and sent me on my way. First class service - would recommend.

        Great service! I went for a puncture just 15min before closing time, nothing was too much trouble and they fixed it within minutes. The manager leads the team in the most efficient way, surely!

        I took Motability car in today because the tyre warning light had come on and I was nervous if driving my daughter to school tomorrow, 30+ miles away. Despite Motability not authorising calls on a Sunday, one of your lovely technicians (big beard!) checked the ture over for me and was able to give reassure me that I didn't have a puncture. This us customer service! Other companies should learn from this attitude.Thank you so much. I will be recommending you wherever I go.
