Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Reading South

Perfect experiencing hiring a large van from here. Huge thanks to Anna and Kelly for getting me checked in and out and explaining everything. Everyone here seems very friendly and happy to help.

I recently (2 weeks ago) used Enterprise in order to rent a van for use in helping me and my partner move home. Given this was my first time hiring a vehicle I had a few extra questions. One representative inparticular, Anna, was helpful in sorting me out with the vehicle, allowing me to check the vehicle out for any previous issues, advising of the damage policy and highlighting these prior to getting into the vehicle, which if I were uncomfortable driving was offered to be driven to the exit of the site. With all questions answered, I took the vehicle, after use returned it to the site, and after a quick inspection was advised I'd be recieving the paid deposit within a few days. All in all, the process was handled with ease, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic helpful staff.Anna went out of her way to pick me up and made sure everything was perfect. All the staff in the office were very friendly and helpful. Would certainly use them again and highly recommend them
