Weve been renting with VP for around 4 years now and after previously dealing with AWFUL customer service from a previous employee, leading to our children having health issues from damp & mould work not being done, we have now been contacted by Beth. Beth has completely taken over our case and has been so professional throughout, shes got everything on our list addressed and our landlords are totally on board too. All of this has been done within 1-2 months and shes made us feel so at ease that actually we do matter and we are cooperative tenants. Thank you Beth!

Been renting through village properties for the last 7 years and will continue to do so. The service and communication is amazing. If I have an issue, it is looked into and sorted very quickly. Have started liaising with Beth more this year and she has been awesome! Always on hand to answer questions and always willing to listen to any queries I have. Renewing our contract again shortly. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Great work girls and guys. Would 100% recommend

Would highly recommend! As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile and welcoming faces. Everyone was eager to help and share their knowledge. James was a lovely person to deal with, he arranged a prompt appointment to view the property and answered any question I had, also gave great recommendations.
