My experience with KJ Smith Solicitors over the past 18 months has been great since my first phone call with Faizah, I went into the process of family court with all the worries on my side, but throughout Faizah has been there at the end of the phone or the send of an email and helped me feel at ease all throughout the process. Now my case is coming to an end I still have the reassurance that they are at the end of the phone should anything go wrong and I cannot thank them enough, for the thorough and consistent work throughout. Cannot recommend kj Smith enough with family case dealings. Thanks again.

Although I had a bit of a rocky start with this firm I contacted Samantha about my concerns and was then assigned a different solicitor, Sofie, who was fantastic and took on my divorce proceedings and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Very professional and always happy to listen to my questions. It's all about communication in my book.

Emma Sanders was incredible, explained the process of changing a Will and LPA in easy terminology (legal terms mean nothing to my 86 YO grandmother) Super patient, broke down everything, excellent communication throughout the whole process, plus came to Woodley office which was amazing and resolved all concerns from past bad experiences with old company. Would highly recommend Emma, there is nothing I would change!

My experience with KJ Smith Solicitors has been overwhelmingly good, going through divorce and fighting for your children is a horrible thing to go through and wouldn't wish it on anyone, Samantha and Faizah are always going above and beyond my expectations. Samantha has helped me get divorced from my estranged exs adultery and didn't give up on dealing with all her continual unrealistic demands. More importantly helping me fight to keep a good relationship with my daughter and doing such a fantastic job of discrediting all the false accusations my ex is continually making to manipulate the courts and social services for her own selfish needs unfortunately this is still ongoing but i will not give up and knowing i have Faizah on my side is a wonderful feeling. If you ever have to use a solicitor i really dont think you could do any better than KJ Smith they are very professional, well priced but more importantly genuinely always put you first and take all the time to go through things.
