        I have never had such amazing service when visiting the Lush store in Reading. Robin was so kind and understanding. They were so observant of what I was looking for and gave me a great demonstration on many products that may help me in the long term. I really appreciated her attention to detail and what she suggested, everything I have used to far has been very beneficial! Definitely my favourite customer service experience

        Met one of the workers David. He was so polite, friendly and professional! Gave us a tour of everything we wanted to see and let us try the products out. Amazing staff and great products! Crystal and Anne :)
