I had a lovely experience with Martin Russell Properties. I was late at the bus was canceled and the realtor was so lovely and not only waited for me well beyond our agreed time but also offered me a lift back to the bus stop when she saw we walking along looking a bit lost. She was very professional and made the experience of my first viewing in the UK a very nice one.

My friend recommended Martyn Russell, as the agent did a great job of letting her apartment. After a bad experience with one of the big local agents, I decided to make a change to smaller agent. I met Martyn during the property evaluation, I decided to hire him after the first 10 minutes of our meeting, I can feel he is knowledgeable about the local market and experienced in both letting and selling. Everything went smoothly, Alex Prentented my home nicely, he gave suggestion about the layout and small improvements to make my home more appealing to the buyers. Unlikely the big agents, I hear from them weekly, so I know exactly what was going on. We found a suitable buyer quickly, they organised everything very well. I would recommend their service to all local sellers.

We met the Martyn Russell Property Ltd when we moved to the UK that was a milestone in our lives. We knew very well how difficult it was to move in a new country. Our biggest chance in this process was to meet Martyn Russell Property Ltd. We have just moved into our second flat in UK and Martyn Russell Property Ltd supported us in both of our flats. Martyn Russell was 10 out of 10! We were new to home selling, and have heard horror stories from friends about terrible agents. From the first time we reached out to Martyn Russell, Alex answered immediately and from there on out he was very responsive. He was an excellent negotiator with a very personalised touch. Also, Alex and his team (Olivia, Sandra, Lorraine & Dawn) made the selling process go so smoothly, helped us understand what was happening every step of the way, offered their opinion when we asked and helped us to consider things we hadnt thought of.
