        I injured my knee during marathon training and attended physio at the Core Body Clinic with Gianmarco with about a month to go. Gianmarco really helped address the issue within my time constraints which allowed me to still finish the marathon! Really good service.

        Having suffered a torn ACL, MCL and meniscus I was in need of help after surgery, especially as I wanted to go back to MMA! Dale came to my rescue and helped me bullet proof my knee. After 6 months of his guidance I can now say I have full confidence in my knee and have been back to training serval times, I honestly cant thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!!! Thank you Dale!!!
