The care from Jake was second to none, friendly and helpful but keen to challenge me within (and slightly outside) my comfort zone.
I can confidently say that without the excellent care from Jake I would not be back to enjoying normal life again.

Most recently my Son has been under the care of Catherine for a couple of hamstring injuries and her knowledge, care and attention is been fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Catherine and one Physiotherapy.

Jake was insightful in getting to the route of the issue and creating a plan to tackle the problem, always providing an explanation/rationale on the approach and why each exercise is being selected for recovery.
Have seen a considerable positive impact, reduced pain, and gained confidence with back movements and overall fitness.
There was a truthful approach to the plan, in that you only gain how much you put in, no magic wand approach, effort has to be put into doing the exercises to get results.
