Sadly a really poor experience - our kitchen as designed was not delivered with design choices forgotten / misremembered, and wrong materials delivered including our worksurface. The contractors working the kitchen also failed to deliver with poor quality workmanship, failing to deliver on time which is a real shame as we were so excited by the prospect of our new kitchen. Despite repeated attempts to finish one aspect of the kitchen, 12 months later this is still not finished. Our kitchen has had a complete renovation with Zara. We employed builders and installed new windows ourselves to create a new space, Zara designed and fitted the kitchen, organised the underfloor heating and recommended the flooring company. We are really happy with the finished result - the units are good quality, the fitter Matt is excellent, and Simon & Rubina follow everything through so every last detail is addressed and completed. Zara Kitchens in Wokingham supplied my business with a second kitchen within 12 months of my previous order. This was my third purchase from Zara Kitchens on a supply only basis in total. Again, as always, I received a great service with excellent after sales service ( this is the key reason why I use Simon at Zara, after you have paid in full, the great service still continues). The kitchen was a mid-range matt-grey modern handleless design and looks stunning with a white worktop. The fitting of this kitchen was straight forward and easy because the units are made/altered to your chosen appliances, no issues and everything slips into place... even the worktop corner butt joint comes with the hockey-stick join already cut. In summary, imo its worth paying a little more for a quality kitchen that pay dividends later down the line. Keep up the good work Zara. Service: Custom kitchen cabinet construction
