I went into store to browse for a suit for an upcoming wedding, but not really knowing what I wanted. Ross provided exceptional and personal customer service, giving me fantastic outfit advice which Im extremely pleased with. Thanks Ross!

I wanted to write this review to highlight the exceptional service of Ross Williams at Suit Direct - Reading. I needed suits for myself and my groomsmen for my upcoming wedding, and after arranging an appointment with Ross, no other suit retailer came close to the level of care and customer service that Ross provided. Even though I came away from the initial appointment no closer to finding a suit than when we started, Ross went out of his way, finding and sending through different colours, combinations and alternatives of what they had to offer. After finally changing direction and finding the perfects suits, getting them ordered was easy, and I made sure Ross was there when we came to try them on. Ross genuinely has a passion for suits and he and his personality made the process really enjoyable. He was a pleasure to deal with, with plenty of fun and jokes being had along the way. I look forward to coming back for the final fit/tailoring a few weeks before the big day.
