I would totally recommend Patrick Williams, they helped me not only sell my house for an excellent price, but I also purchased my next home through them. Jason gave us some good advice and he really listened to the spec I had for my next property and found me that perfect place. Trudy was a real star, she made the whole process run smoothly, when it could have been a very stressful time. She went out of her way to be supportive, always at the end of the phone when I needed her. Huge thanks again to Trudy, Jason and the team.

We have been very happy customers of both the Sales and Lettings teams at Patrick Williams for some time - we were extremely happy with the service we received when we bought our house through them, and have since used their Lettings team to rent out a property as well. The Lettings team have been incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to help us as landlords and look after our tenant as well. I trust them completely to do a fantastic job.

This agency is renting out a property that was recently on the market with another agency that disclosed property damage by the landlord. The damage has not been fixed and they are playing the we dont know card. This is dodgy and seems illegal but thats ok because they claim to not know about it.

Would definitely use again, if we were in the area. From the day they first visited to the day we finally moved down to Cornwall, they team were friendly, knowledgeable and kept calm and efficient when the stress levels got a bit high. Their online tool that ticks off the milestones and informs you is also really good for giving peace of mind and means you're not chasing quite as much Very happy to recommend based on our experience.
