David Allen Therapy

I 've started counselling sessions with Mr Allen about a year ago, when I was at a very low point in my life, facing depression, anxiety, dealing with past trauma and suicidal thoughts. During this one year Mr Allen has been an excellent and exceptional support to me, I can honestly say that I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for his compassionate, non-judgemental, kind, creative and professional support. I've received great help in the past year and can say, that my life has changed for the better, 100%. When the current covid-19 pandemic began, Mr Allen made sure that I can carry on with the sessions through the use of the Internet,via online sessions and he selflessly offered additional support as well. His continued support means that I'm able to carry on working as a carer and be there for my customers and family, when they need it the most, during this crisis. Can't express how grateful I am! I would recommend him to anyone, 100%. (if you want to receive excellent help) :)
