Just the best most professional, trustworthy, auto Engineer I have ever had in my life and I have now been using him for 2.5 years now. Highly recommended. He turns up on time, only works on Mercs with 20 odd years experience, so is highly knowledgeable and knows your car inside out. I had a service booked but the day before my rear air suspension compressor went on my E-Class, Chris came out diagnosed exactly the parts I needed, texted me the part numbers which I managed to get on email and came back within 24 hours, after a long day at 5.30pm to fit them outside in dark in sub zero temperatures to get me back on the road and service my car. He was here to past 8.00pm, you just don't get this sort of service and professionalism often these days. You even get emailed the updated MB service record a few days later. Chris has been servicing my car for many years. Having initially received a quote for servicing from the main dealer when I first purchased my Mercedes over a decade ago I knew I needed an alternative! I found Mobile Benz Tech and was more than happy at a quote nearly 50% less! Chris has continued to service my car ever since in the convenience of my own driveway on a convenient date and time. He always alerts me to potential problems ahead and takes care of any repairs that have arisen at MOT time at prices well below those quoted by the testing garage!
