I recently rented a property through Romans in Woodley. The Romans team was very professional and helped us in the process all the way. The letting agent and move manager coordinated all the steps from viewing to contract to move in and were great help. We would get regular updates and received timely guidance to setup the utilities after moving in. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

Re-Darren Leung We live in a society which is very quick to complain, I have done so in the past. HOWEVER praise when it is due. Darren at your Woodley office has gone above and beyond his normal requirements. Constantly kept me informed. Returned calls with updates EVEN when nothing has happened at the appointed time or earlier. Dealt with difficult situations involving outgoing tenants. All people ever want is to be kept up to date and have a reassuring voice at the end of the telephone, even if the news is not always good. Darren has done all of this, even with a smile on his face. Well done Romans!!!!

I would just like to say that from the moment I met Jack when he came to value the property he was very professional and made me feel at ease. He was very helpful and kept in touch throughout the whole process of selling my house. His team of Daniel and Leighton were also a joy to deal with, always friendly and happy to help. I would recommend them to anyone.
