Carpetwise

Fitters badly scuffed our walls and took paint off our staircase so we had to have it repainted. They also didnt fit carpets properly in several rooms and there is a lot of bulging. A real shame as we spent over 10,000. A second pair of carpet fitters were dispatched by Richard. They did a good job with the rest of the house. We appreciated Richards apology. However, as no goodwill discount was offered for the damage and inconvenience, 3 stars is more than fair.

Excellent service from Dave and Richard in the shop, Nathan and Kyle who fitted the hall stairs and landing. After a disastrous decorating job, all these guys were helpful and patient while the work was re done, and ensured that when the carpet was re fitted, it was done so with care. We have always used this shop for our carpets and cannot praise them enough for their care, personal attention and advice. I would thoroughly recommend them and would not consider going elsewhere. Thank you!
