A very caring and understanding person who listens well and provides good guidance and advice, which when put into practice, provides peace and calm in my head and has helped me deal with a number of situations that would have previously put me close to meltdown. My awareness and observation for life and the people in my life has increased and my ability to cope with stress and stressful situations continues to improve.
