An excellent care home, dementia friendly.. Promoting residents independence, high quality care standards. Staff is intelligent, qualified and friendly. Shifts are organised very good, management is excellent. Clean, not ordinary space, food is delicious.

My grandma was very well looked after here. Not only are the staff very supportive and compassionate. They provide lots of varied activities and events. Including a cinema room and interactive projector games. The building is incredibly well designed and purpose built, with circular corridors and no dead ends. Which is great for wonderers, and supporting independence. The gardens and outside area is lovely too. I also think that the procedures and protocols they put in place during the COVID-19 pandemic were excellent. It was a challenging time, but handled well. You can tell that alot of thought has gone into every detail.

An Exceptional home providing Exceptional care. I have found the ethos of the home offers dignity and compassion to the residents at all times. A custom built home for Dementia sufferers provides, in my opinion, the highest level of care at time when the residents most need it . I am so please we found Abbeyfield to me my mothers home for her later years, she has loved it there.

My mum has sadly just died, but she spent a very happy 3 years at Abbeyfield Winnersh. When she was mobile she loved being able to walk out into the garden from her room, whenever she wanted. She was always well cared for and the staff really tried to adapt to her changing needs. What always struck visitors was that the lounges where like any lounge in a private house, there were a variety of activities to suit all tastes and generally a very happy environment
