I have used the Caring Physio home service for my mum since the pandemic hit. A friendly familiar face and a genuine desire to help are worth their weight in gold.

Nicole was very professional, thorough and exceptionally helpful with all her advice and direction. She was consistent, always on time and very respectful of my situation. I started to improved very quickly. I was barely able to walk when I was discharged from the hospital and now with the great physio help I can go for walks along the river for up to an hour. We hired the Caring Physio back in October 2021 when my 23 year old son came home from 3 months in hospital, after a major motorbike accident. He had severe damage to his left hip, knee and foot. Will and his team didn't hold my son back and gave him the courage and determination he needed to start to walk again. Will was amazing and soon realised that something wasn't right with my son's hip and referred us back to Oxford, where they found the blood supply had died and he needed an urgent hip replacement. Without Will this would not have been done and my son would have been in severe pain for longer. I cannot thank them enough and the team for helping my son and they still continue to give him the physio and support he needs as he has a long road to recovery. A great relief to have people who care and know what they are talking about - Thank You!

I write to appreciate the help of Nicole Slemen, a member of staff on the Caring Physiotherapisr team. Nicole has been helping me with exercises IN the preparation for hip replacement surgery. She is skillful and gentle, encouraging and firm. I recommend her very highly.

We are both so thankful that Nicole at The Caring Physio was personally recommended to us. My husband needed advice & treatment regarding a painful shoulder problem. Nicole came to our home & on the first visit did a comprehensive assessment of his shoulder difficulties. We were very impressed with her caring manner & professional attitude. She then devised an appropriate range of exercises to meet his identified needs. She also provided necesary aids to help with particular exercises. Each session Nicole helped him to do these exercises, discussing relevant points & reviewing them in relation to the progress he had made, on each of her visits. Nicole's warm personality immediately puts you at ease. She is enthusiastic, encouraging & extremely knowledgeable about her field of expertise. My husband made really good progress & he would highly recommend her without reservation.
