Ricky goes above and beyond! I needed to rent a home while abroad (in the US), which can be difficult. Ricky explained everything about the property and neighborhood in detail. I was delighted to see the place in person--it is even better than the pictures or descriptions. He handles all matters promptly, efficiently, and with a kind attitude. In short, one of the best property managers I have ever dealt with.

First of all by feeling the landlord is the best one I have ever came across so far. Came here in 2020 and oh how my former landlords destroied my faith in humanity and this industry. The house's location is very good. It has a lovely little kitchen and a vertical backyard, quite a view. But please consider if you wanna live with a midlife crisis Karen or not. You'll receive some heart warming complaining messages if you simply walk in your room at night because you're 'not letting her sleep'. And there's always something going on in your group chat: complain about washing machine from Karen even tho it's empty, complains about how many trash bags Karen bought but the others didn't even tho the others are not there and only Karen's there most of the times. The list goes on and on. So...yeah. Good house good location good landlord, but if you want be happy or comfortable, please aware of Karens.
