I was looking for a brick to match the existing ones on a house and an employee came up to me to offer his help. He looked at a photo I had and identified it straight away. Even more amazing he worked out from the photo that the house was in Woodley, on the airfield estate, and that it was built in the 1990's. He was right on every account ! Clearly he knows his bricks. The chap's name was Chris Pether and he deserves a shout out for his helpfulness and his knowledge. So if you need any help with your bricks then this is the place to go.

I came into your premises as I had a few queries about products and prices. I was very impressed with a young man called Luke who was very knowledgeable and spent time to explain differences in products and prices and even gave me information that was relevant and I didnt realise I needed to consider! Even better, was the fact that he treated me with respect and not like a silly woman! Very polite and helpful and a great asset to your company.
