We were looking for a property in Winnersh. The staff at the Winnersh Branch was very helpful. We were shown a few houses by Max Len, which ticked many of our boxes. During the viewing our car had a puncture. Max was very kind and went out of his way to assist us and spent a lot of time with us until we were in the safe hands of The AA. We really appreciated the service received from Prospect.

We viewed a house recently a few times with Luke and Abigail. We are very happy to meet both and they are very professional, enough knowledge and information about the house when we asked particular questions, always followed up exactly when they said they would and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I was shown a very unusual property by Abigail. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of useful suggestions as to how I could make the best use of the property. She was a delightful and attentive guide and answered all my questions with a smile.
