I love Puzzle design, I received my most recent purchases yesterday and once again I got beautiful bespoke pieces and great customer service, so if I could give more than 5 stars I would because they are amazing :-)

Highly recommended. It is not only that the pieces sold here are beautiful and with a very good quality, it is also the customer service that is excellent. Cristina will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best service. From advising, to replying to enquiries and adding lovely messages on the delivery cards.

Excellent service! I received 2 bracelets and wasnt quite happy with one of them so I emailed them, they replied with a couple of hours and let me pick a new bracelet and provided me with a label to return the one I wasnt happy with! They then shipped the new one out! Great quick and friendly service and I am over the moon with the bracelets!

The best place to get your jewellery from ! No one is gonna have the same that you have, Cristina is so careful and so personal with everything she does, and shes always there if anything goes either wrong or if you need any extra help. Even how to style the jewellery she will teach you! Please dont think it twice, you will regret not to get the things you like as she sells out very fast
