        January I was kicked out, threatened, mentally abused, aswel as casted out and blacklisted by family I called and spoke to a lovely woman Carla, who calmly reassured me during a period where i was literally borderline in tears and did not want to be around anymore through her support I was able to suppress my tears and think clearly, I felt genuinely cared for as by the end of the day she contacted to make sure I was okay mental health is not easy it eats away at you having genuine support is vital and that what i received here and im thankful
