Very disappointed, after reading so many great reviews. I took my car to be checked for damage and a price was agreed and the timescale for the work, Wednesday to Friday. After that was agreed ! had someone else run into me and I left an message on the answerphone saying if possible I would like the extra damage sorted and I was happy to pay whatever it cost. The car was collected on the Wednesday as agreed and I expected it to be returned on the Friday. As it was not ready I presumed it was because of the extra work required. I was told it would be ready on the Saturday but because the door had not been replaced and no one knew where the fixings were I did not get it back till Monday. I am disabled and the only way I can get to the shops, or anywhere, is in my car, I ended up with no supper on Sunday or breakfast on Monday as I still had no car and had not been able to get to the shops. When it was returned on Monday morning the extra work had not been done. I was told that my son in law had said I didnt want it done. I know that he knew I wanted it done. I now have a car which still has damage and I will need to find another company to do it and be without it once again, making life rather difficult.
