Upon reading the reviews was shocked to see some of them i took a c class here for a nox sensor some time back and never had a issue they dealt with my warranty no problems also i had them look at a a class as car was scraping was advised its just a low car put air in tyres and notified me of steering arm slightly bent very helpfull

I had a small problem (one screw fall and the bottom of the car sometimes touching the surface. Can be solved easily with just adding a screw) with my mercedes and it was an urgent one to be repaired. I have been to the place and the receptionist has done everything to ignore me. She said everyone was busy and she cannot help me. (Then I took my car to Star in Caversham and they sorted the problem in 10 minutes, they did not even ask for payment) Hence If you want to be ignored and want to be not cared you can visit this mercedes center. If you value your time, respect for your car and yourself NEVER be there. I am unlucky to visit them today. Strongly not adviced the John Griffiths ltd.
