December 2022 Had my Mazda in for investigation, Brian and his team were great. I gave them a 5 star review first time round. Update - April 2023 Original issue with the car is still not fixed. My car has been in maybe once a month since the original issues were found. (They will have the car for 3+ days at a time) I have actually collected my car after being informed it was fixed, only to find they never fitted the parts and they were still still sitting on the shelf in the parts department. I even had a brand new rear screen left in my car when I collected my car, which was meant to have been fitted. My biggest annoyance is by far the lack of communication from Mazda. Weeks can go by without any calls or emails about your car. You have to always chase them for any information.
