Boldly Glow Birthing

Deborah creates a relaxed environment where we could just be, have deep meditations and really visualise what our labour will be like. She taught us many techniques which will no doubt help us through the birth of our first child and best prepare my mind and body for what is to come. I now feel so confident and calm about giving birth. We are so 'calm and relaxed' and enjoying this journey. Thank you Deborah! Every women should experience this as the general advice out there is so dated and often wrong!

My husband and I really enjoyed Deborah's classes, we found her professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very concerned about giving birth before the lessons (having heard one too many horror stories) but now I am well prepared and feel ready, I'm no longer petrified and believe that I can do this, I'm actually looking forward to putting all the techniques into action on the day. We both really enjoyed the sessions and found them so valuable in preparation for our first baby. Deborah is a wonderful teacher and no question too obscure, I know the techniques we learnt will be invaluable during the birth of our baby.
