        I'm currently training for Ultra White Collar Boxing at STMA, all i can say is that the instructors are brilliant. Not only do they train you hard in such positive ways, they motivate you to push past the potential you didn't realise you had. (as well as have a laugh on the way). THEN you have the actual gym itself. -equipped with all you need -very spacious - i believe tournament standard rings (boxing and cage) - air con etc. Looking forward to my first monthly sign up tomorrow!

        Went for a boxing taster. Was excellent. Nice folks. No egos or puffed out chests. The instructor, Graham, was clearly very knowledgeable and knew how to teach and explain things in simple terms for novices like me. Real credit to the gym.

        Stma reading is a great gym for all levels of Muay Thai, kick-boxing, mma and bjj. Great coaches and I have felt very welcome from the first time I came to the gym. Great people and place would definitely recommend to anyone
