This is a great club with great teachers and such a lovely group, my little boy always comes out so happy and always enjoys the sessions and has definitely helped his confidence grow. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend anyone to join Dan and the CT Martial Arts crew. Whether you are young or older, fit or not, strong and weak, Dan and the group will welcome you with open arms. Classes are always loads of fun and I always feel great afterwards. I love how much stronger and fitter Ive become, as well as the fact I feel safer now that I know some self defence moves. My daughter does Dans self defence class and LOVES it! Indeed Ive never known her talk so highly of any class ever before! As a parent, its so reassuring to know she has learnt essential self defence skills, especially as a young female teenager. As an instructor, Dan is brilliant. Fun, clear and incredibly experienced. He is genuinely passionate about helping you get fit, become strong and feel safe. Thank you Dan!
