Nemesis Martial Arts and Fitness

Both myself and my son train here. Great classes with the help and support of other black belts. A brilliant way for children (and adults) to learn discipline. A great fitness regime whilst also learning self defence with the opportunity to progress towards competitions.

I have trained with Sensei Peter at Nemesis for over 10 years and have had the best time doing so. This club not only helps you become more confident but also teaches you how to respect others. Great work Sensei Peter and teamcant thank you enough

I have trained all over the south of England and in several places inside Reading. In my opinion this is by far the best club to go for. Family friendly but also great exercise and experience.

I take my son here and Peter (sensei) works him hard and drives him to achieve the best he can. My son really struggled during the 50min warm up at first, now he feels a lot stronger and this has helped his punching, kicking and all round fitness. He now really looks forward to his Wednesday class. Id recommend Nemesis to anyone who is thinking of sending their child to a martial arts school.
