Ive been part of this group for seven years now and its been absolutely amazing! Very friendly and accepting of all people, and training is made simple enough for everyone to progress through. Ive really enjoyed my time here and hope no one is discouraged to join by other reviews that may insult this school. Sifu Ross is highly trained and has helped me progress so much more than any other martial art schools Ive been to.

I have been training with Sifu Ross for over 4 years now. Since day 1 I always felt welcome and part of the family. Each club member is easy going and willing to help in improving techniques or just general fitness. My 7 years old son became part of the club 3 years ago and he's loving his sessions. Sifu Ross has a lot of patience and is really going when talking to and training with kids. The whole structure of kids program is very well laid out and it makes them all feel welcome and gives them a sense of belonging. Highly recommended for anyone who's new to martial arts or has a lot of experience of it.

Fantastic Group- top class tuition - all are very helpful supportive and welcoming- a lovely friendly inclusive group-cannot recommend highly enough 5* all the way!!
