Aucune empathie lors du Covid et report de notre mariage, ce sont les seuls prestataires qui nous ont fait payer des indemnits supplmentaires. Des prix onreux et du stress en plus grer quand le directeur et sa compagne sont plus axs business que clientle. Une quipe malgr tout sympathique et de belles lanternes mais un stress en plus grer en dpart de lune de miel! Je dconseille !

Ten x 15 is always our first choice when it comes to stretch tents for our clients. Not only is the equipment smart and well looked after the whole process from ordering with the team in the office right through to the actual build. The team are always incredibly polite, extremely knowledgeable in the product and brilliant problem solvers. Nothing is ever a problem. They have in my view absolutely nailed customer service to its highest level. I know from first hand as they organised the stretch tent for my wife's 50th. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
