We received order COMBWEB-1614 today,12th April, but had to go to the Post Office for the package of Combiphos balls and as the package had not been postmarked correctly (top part of "meter" marks missing) WE HAD TO PAY 3.00 "Item underpaid" - NOT GOOD ENOUGH CISTERMISER Ltd! Not good enough at all - please be more carefull when sending out these packages. We know it must have gone correctly through the post system as the bottom part of the marks, including "Royal Mail" and "small parcel" are quite clear BUT post office staff at this end were Nit Picking and refused to deliver without extra payment.
