        DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE - Ordered tape 3rd November, had to chase many times, said it was posted out again but seems not. They said they would refund end of November, still no refund mid December.

        I ordered some 3M Helitape from their online store. When it arrived it was a several centimetres short than what I ordered so I couldnt use it for my initial purpose and one roll was missing. Furthermore, the roles were cut in a very jagged way so another few centimetres were unusable. I emailed them about this and got response from Harvey Deeks who offered to send a different roll size because the missing one isnt in stock until August which would have been nice to have known when I placed my order two months before this date. I accepted this as I didnt want the hassle of sending everything back. However, I have not heard anything from him since and every additional email has gone unanswered. I now have to call my bank to get a chargeback because they are ignoring my emails and scammed me out of my money.
