We are delighted with the excellent work done by Michael. In line with estimate. Work done to a high standard and in a friendly and responsive manner. Michael arrived on time and was careful with all aspects of what was quite a tricky though small job.

Michael recently helped us out with a problem in our bathroom - we needed to get access to the toilet but it was built into the wall. Michael came and removed a built in cupboard and tiles so we could have the toilet fixed and then came back to refit everything once the work was complete - and he has even put it back in such a way that means we can access it easily next time we need to! We were really impressed, firstly with how quickly Michael was able to come and do the work and secondly how flexible he was with coming back to do the second part of the job, as delays with the work meant we had to change the timings slightly and he was very accommodating. He was also very tidy and cleared up after both sets of work and took away any rubbish or debris - lots of people don't do that as well! We're very pleased to have our bathroom back to normal again and we'll definitely be getting Michael back for future work we need doing.
