        Amazing customer service! Contacted Olympia customer service about one of their roughneck products which I assumed was well out of warranty and they were more than helpful and impeccably professional and efficient at getting back to my emails. All 3 members of their team Leo Edwards, Millie Green and Agnieszka Kowalewska were fantastically helpful and very quick to resolve the matter. Very impressed at level of service and professionalism.Thank You.

        Tape measure in massive plastic unrecyclable packaging. All our employees have been told not to buy tools covered in plastic packaging after one of them bought a Roughneck tape measure covered in unrecyclable plastic. This is a new product and could have been mounted on a cardboard backing. Disgusted

        Omg why cant all companies be like Olympia. Customer service that every other business should aspire to. Fantastic tools, even better customer service. Millie Green dealt with small issue like it was really important to her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or buy from them again. Well done Olympia!!!
