Process is long and wasteful, making people go in branch, can't deal with it online, 13 calls just to get basic information I had already given them. When finally finalising my loan, they changed everything compared to what I asked. Communication between colleagues is useless, the underwriters took a whole week to actually look at my application, not professional at all
