Searches were informative for the most most part, however a mistake in the rail infrastructure section delayed my house purchase by over a month and forced me to pay for an unnecessary HS2 search. Very annoying and marred an otherwise helpful and proffesional service.

After more than a trial I got the survey required. I have used other companies who are more helpful, if you need to give information they pick up the phone to "help" you. That certainly does not happen when you call Landmark. Long long emails about this and that. Why not just tell you when you call....but no, long triable emails. I will go back to the company I normally use, who answer then phone, tell you what to do there and then, take payment and produce the goods. Not really that impressed with the service and will not return unless the Lender totally insist but all in all pretty poor.
