Sometimes, over and above, especially with one rather difficult person involved who only realised after much time that he was in the wrong. Very efficient and helpful, will use again. But as always carastrophically expensive, as all solicitors are, for what was a simple transaction which I think I could do myself. As solicitors are a closed shop industry and can charge what they like we all have to put up with it. Again will use again, but only because we all have to. One of lifes necessary evils, like taxes.

Jo at Clifton Ingram has been absolutely brilliant. We recently sold a property at auction and her knowledge, professionalism, speed of responses and overall communication has been absolutely superb. I cannot fault whatsoever and would highly recommend.

Clifton Ingram provided legal services in respect of probate, assent and discharge of mortgage and conveyancing for a buy-to-let. Probate was managed by Ola Szymaniec, while the property matters were handled by Jo Reader. I cannot thank them enough for dealing with the complexities which arose, whilst negotiating with Lender's solicitors, HMRC and my mortgage broker to bring the matter to a successful conclusion on time and on budget. Both Ola and Jo were the kindest and most patient individuals one could hope for and they minimised my stress levels considerably. Very professional and highly recommended. I will doubtless be using them again should the need arise.
