Contacted DPH Legal for help with a settlement agreement; DPH Legal advised I take time to draw out the process (at financial and health risk to myself). Decided not to, and negotiated bigger payment from employer by myself with no input from them. Hence, my advice is to only use DPH Legal for settlement agreements, and to not use them to provide advice as they added no benefit to me but charged for their time for the advice regardless. I dont know whether this was just to get more money or whether it was just poor advice they gave, but it wasnt a useful use of my money either way. Others may have had more positive experiences, which is good, but this review is an honest reflection of my own. Edit: noting DPHs reply, the use of the name J Bloggs is only to protect my identify from scammers and hackers etc. The service DPH Legal provided was not up to expectation and certainly not value for money - hence the review. This is not an attempt to undermine DPH Legals business; but to provide a fair and accurate account of the service provided; which was, in my opinion, poor. And, I am entitled to my opinion on the matter, the same as any other paying customer.

Top Tier Service, thank you I was extremely stressed by being thrown into a process unexpectedly by my employer of twelve years. I had raised grievances in the past and it felt like this was their pay back forcing me into a performance process without the grounds to do so. I contacted DPH initially for some free advice. Hey quickly turned into an expert counsellor for me during the process. They guided me on next steps before writing to my employer direct to object to the process I was being subjected to. I instructed Farideh Moallemi who was compassionate and empathetic throughout. We ultimately resolved the matter amicably with a sizeable settlement being made and an agreed departure. I would recommend anybody having difficulties with their employer contact DPH legal for advice on their situation. They are straight talking and will help you understand quickly whether you have a claim and what can be done next.
