Impressive professional service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and clearly really care about what they do. Couldn't have been happier and now Evergreen Creations maintain my gardens on a regular basis year round. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially those in the Buckinghamshire or Berkshire area. I moved in to my house in June 2015 and the previous owners engaged Evergreen Creations to look after the very small garden. I decided to continue the service and we agreed by email what the scope of work was. This involved mainly feeding and weeding the very small back lawn that I have. I then received two 22 bills for two lawn cuts. I never asked for the lawn to be cut and this was never part of the agreed service. Being the good corporate citizen that I am and never wanting to not pay people who think I owe them money I paid these two bills. My lawn can be cut and indeed was cut by me in 15 minutes so to be charged 22 per cut was pretty infuriating and they accepted my money ! The reason given was that there was a minimum charge of 22 for an hours work. But they could have found some other work to keep them busy for the hour like trim some of my shrubs, this was not done or trim my front hedge, this was not done. When the company then asked me if I wanted my next winter feed I replied no thanks. The lawn cutting had really put me off. I could not believe that they not only issued me a bill for 44 for around 30mins of work that had not been agreed but they actually accepted my payment. In the interests of others it is only fair to highlight this.

Paul took great care right from the outset. Unlike another designer who quoted over the phone, Paul insisted on visiting the site (free of charge) to scope the brief properly. Whilst there, he made suggestions that improved the project. He quoted efficiently and quickly and was able to set a prompt start date. On the day itself he worked diligently and hard and the result was great (I had existing lawn removed and a wildflower turf area created). He then insisted on returning to check on its progress and tidy up some edges. I would use him again and can thoroughly recommend him as an honest, hard-working and knowledgeable person!

We have had our garden designed by Julian and Paul they did a great job! Paul also does our gardening for us. Over all they are a great help to us.
