It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Thames Valley Cleaning over the last five years. Andy and his team are both proactive and accommodating to the demands of a large business and particularly during covid times, have been trusted partners in ensuring the continued safety of all of our staff. The regular audits and check-ins either from the management team or the on-site team ensure that we always get an excellent service. Thank you Andy and Team.

I worked for this company for a decent amount of time and did not miss a single day, not one, not for annual leave or for sickness, I went in everyday on time and did my work hard. Fast forward a few months during lockdown after my furlough had been stopped they sent me a P45 as I was waiting to hear from them to return to work. Upon contacting to ask why I have been sacked, they basically accused me of being a liar and accused me of ignoring all correspondence despite receiving none and even tried to convince me that I had read and ignored their messages. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company as they do not take care of their staff and they try to cut corners wherever they can, I even had to bring supplies from another contract I was on just so I did not run out of supplies with this cheap company. I was also the ONLY cleaner who had 100% attendance since I started, but who cares about that right? I hope all who read this carefully consider their options before dealing with this company as there are plenty of high rated and reputable cleaning companies in the area. Workers and Employers AVOID.
