Rude, disinterested staff, lots of promises made, still waiting for call backs 2 weeks later. Would never return to this dealership.

Chloe was attentive until the money was paid. The car was handed over with missing parts, faults and a filthy interior. Your driver collected the car for remedial work, I asked Chloe to get the number plates changed whilst it was with you. It was returned after 4 days with the incorrect plates. It seems that you are money, not customer, focused as everything fell apart once I had paid for the car

My first visit was not that good as there was no one to ask or guide us So we left and used the internet instead

The overall facility is in fantastic location and choice of cars is great. The service quality is below average and staff members are rude. The service rep says on face that car wash is a free one and we cant expect it to be great. This is the state of service after spending 1500-2000 for a car service.
