Being told off in all seriousness not to take photos like I'm a naughty child is one way to guarantee losing customers. Most places would be glad for us to share photos of their food to provide free publicity. You'll have to pay me to go back!

Not sure we'll come back again... my friend and I went to get a pizza and were attracted by the price, however as soon as we tried to order the lady would stop listening and do something else, even when she asked us questions she wouldn't wait for an answer. We weren't expecting the highest pizza quality but we were still surprised when the base came out of a fridge already pre-spread with tomato sauce, not looking the freshest... Then when we went to pay, I first showed my student card yet I was still charged the full amount, to which the same lady just apologised (I then said it was fine, mistakes can happen), but then she asked me to pay the student price, to which I said I had already paid, so she then proceeded to make my friend pay for her pizza (the student price this time) but didnt see that the transaction got accepted so she asked my friend to pay again, then made her show her bank account on her phone to prove that the money had been paid (?????????) So quite a weird and unprofessional experience, followed by another employee criticising management and work tasks with a friend sat next to us. Not the most pleasant lunch atmosphere, but the pizza and the man making them were nice.

No acknowledgement from staff , both having airpods in and just being plain rude , ended up walking out as no service was provided
