I love working at RC. I left and within 2 years I am back because I missed it so much. I see some people have left bad reviews and as with any care company, it's most probably to do with the few bad carers that slip through the net - but the majority of us love our jobs and do it because we do care.

Worked for the company over 4 months. Dont recommend it to anyone. There is no information on health of the people you will be caring. They dont care about the employees, giving you 15h shifts and 9h brake in between. There is no organisation in the office, not giving you the information if someone cancel the visit. When you are texting your boss, he is not even going to reply to your text, so you have to chase him, when you want to meet him, he is busy, so he wont meet you. Most of their careers doesnt even care about the clients.They are ignoring you if you want something from them. Didn't send me p45. This company is a joke. They stole my money, and there is no contact with them. The worst company to work for.
