        My advice is don't use Yell. They can offer a relatively low monthly payment plan which looks appealing, but you are tied in for the year and paying them the total amount whether they deliver or not. In my case one confirmed lead in 12 months. When you undoubtedly leave you won't own your website either. Get someone to build you a website you OWN and will guarantee a return on investment to some level. All Yell care about is collecting that invoice each month and signing up the next victim.
