DO NOT USE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT CURTAINS/BLINDS I ordered and paid a substantial deposit on 15/2/19 and was told the blinds would take 6 weeks - after lots of phone calls made by me and 3 fitting dates cancelled at last minute by Sarah i eventually cancelled the order and requested my money back, this was on 24/5/19 got my refund on 6/6/19 I don't think the blinds have even been made as i offered to buy them and have them fitted myself and i have not yet had a reply

I am 100% in agreement with Mike Newell's review. I ordered vertical blinds and curtains from Sarah and did all the chasing. I was told the verticals would be with me in three weeks and the curtains 5-6 weeks. Four weeks after I placed the order I had to chase Sarah for the verticals. Two weeks later the verticals were finally installed. Thirteen weeks after I placed the order I finally got the curtains after having gone to her house to confront her. I too was promised a table runner as an apology which six weeks later still hasn't materialised. This woman should not be in business as she is unable to keep to her word. At no point was I ever given a reason for all the delays. I would NOT recommend her to anyone.

My partner and I enlisted Sarah to help with our curtains in October last year. She promised us that she was making the curtains herself and that they would be ready in time for Christmas. We chased her up until christmas and we didn't hear back until January when we were told that she had been very busy and hadn't had access to her emails. It also transpired that she was not making the curtains by hand, but that she was ordering them The curtains finally were fit in March, and she promised us cushions for our trouble. We invited her in a few months later to adjust the position of the curtains as they weren't sitting right. This again was hassle trying to reach her as she doesn't like to pick up her phone or respond to email. We finally get her in and they were re mounted crooked and have now fallen out of the wall entirely. No cushions. Sarah is a liar, she will constantly over promise and under deliver. The whole process was just to save a few hundred quid but I would highly recommend spending more and going with a mainstream company. She told us in October that the cushions would be made and delivered by the 24th Oct and they are no longer with us. We didn't really care about them anyway but it was the principle. Overall, nice curtains, but shocking service, you should not have to do the majority of the chasing and try to keep up with all the lies you are fed as a paying customer. Would not recommend.

Agree with the comments. I waited weeks for my blinds, kept changing the fitting dates. If I hadn't paid a substantial deposit I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. Never licks up her mobile, takes ages to respond to emails. I asked for confirmation of payment which i never received. Nice lady but I'm sorry I wouldn't use again and wouldn't recommend. I was offered cushions as an apology too but never turned up, also one of the blind chains was too long and was supposed to fix this. I've given up waiting and to be honest I'll live with it!!

Purchased blinds for the windows in our house. Excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone thinking of changing over to blinds!
